Engagements are governed exclusively by the signed proposal, service agreement, licence or annual maintenance contract between the parties.

Platforms in our product range are supplied either under a one-time licence that you host and own, or as a managed subscription hosted by us. Which applies, and what it includes, is set out in your agreement.

Custom development commissioned by you is assigned to you on the terms of that agreement — by default, in full.

Product feature lists describe the platforms as generally supplied. Specific modules, integrations and configuration are confirmed in writing during scoping, since deployments differ by client.

Response times and service levels apply only where an SLA has been agreed in a signed contract.

Site content, brand marks and published materials remain the property of Nizam Business Solutions. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

To the extent permitted by law, Nizam Business Solutions accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on this website. Contractual liability is addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.
